On Wednesday Mr Ruby and I went to the market.
We bought minced beef, carrots, potatoes and a pumpkin. Then we came home and made shepherd's pie. Later today we shall carve the pumpkin for Halloween.
My mobile phone died not long after arriving here, and no-one has a charger I can borrow. At 12.30 I'm going to clean toilets in the depths of Suffolk with a friend. Mobile phones don't work there anyway. But it's still annoying.

She then returned to post a few of her old pics of Bury here, before putting the blog on more permanent hold in Dec 08 - but that was a year ago.
It's now Nov 09. Ruby lives with Mr Ruby, Erik, Little J and her daughter in house on the edge of York. Ruby has not forgotten Bury St Edmunds.
On occasion, she returns to post on this blog.
